Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Plan
Every winter, we are flooded with emergency service requests due to furnaces failing in sub-zero weather. Nothing is more frightening than a mid-winter furnace failure– especially as the inside temperatures begin to drop below the freezing point while waiting for an overbooked service technician. We also receive a similar barrage of service calls annually as people begin to turn on their air conditioners at the first sign of hot weather.
In our view, the best way to handle these situations is to encourage our customers to commit to making sure their furnace and air conditioner are running at optimum level through routine maintenance. In return, we would provide high-priority, comprehensive service at reduced rates.
